These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the f4444 platform (https://f4444.ws) and its users. By accessing or using f4444's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

F4444 is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. We offer cricket, football, lottery, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

F4444 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any update will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Registration Eligibility

To open an account with f4444, you must meet the following requirements:

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, f4444 verifies member identities through KYC. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Account Security

Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or borrowed cards are not accepted.
• Failed deposits will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawal processing time for standard members: 2–4 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members: 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

All bonus and promotion offers at f4444 are subject to their own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a bonus at a set percentage on their first deposit.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• The weekly reload bonus is available subject to meeting the specified deposit requirements.
• Cashback bonuses are determined based on your VIP tier.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts or exploiting the bonus system in any strategic manner will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings. f4444 reserves the right to make the final determination in such cases.

The following rules apply when placing bets on f4444:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or a result cannot be determined, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, f4444 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

Odds & Results

• All odds are displayed directly on the platform, and the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Official and legally recognized sources are used to determine results.
• In the event of a disputed result, f4444's decision is final.

Live Betting

In Live Betting, odds can change rapidly. If your connection drops before a bet is confirmed, the bet may not be accepted. No funds will be deducted in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f4444:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or someone else's information.
• Placing automated bets using systems or software (bot usage).
• Exploiting or abusing the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Participating in match-fixing or corrupt activities.

F4444 treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Information provided at registration is used for the following purposes:

• Account management & KYC verification.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Sending promotional offers and important updates.
• Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

F4444 strives to maintain uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Closed by f4444

F4444 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. Balances may not be refunded in such cases.

Closed by Member

You may close your account at any time. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before doing so. To close your account, email support@f4444.ws.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, members may temporarily suspend their account for a set period. No bets or deposits can be placed during this time.

F4444 reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered mobile number or email.
